The spa is led by Amanda Ralph, MSN, APRN, NP-C, medical director, nurse practitioner, owner, and injectables trainer through the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA). Amanda Ralph

Owner, Medical Director

Amanda is the medical director, nurse practitioner, and owner of White Coat Aesthetics. She is also a lead instructor of the comprehensive injectables course at the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA). Amanda has been actively injecting for over 6 years and has built a clientele of over 2,500+. Aside from managing a successful medspa, she has accumulated over 200 5-star reviews on Google, Yelp, and the company’s website.
She has extensive experience using industry-leading products such as Botox®, Dysport®, Juvederm® filler, Restylane® fillers, Revanesse® fillers, Sculptra, and Kybella. Amanda is a Las Vegas native and a mom of two. She loves spending time with her family when she is not managing White Coat Aesthetics and, as a Vegas native, she roots for the Golden Knights.

Erin Romero

Injector

Meet our latest addition to the team nurse Erin! Erin has been in the nursing field for 15+ years with a history in Adult Rehabilitation, Newborn Nursery, Neonatal ICU, and School Nursing experience. Erin has been trained and mentored by world-renowned Advanced Medical Aesthetic providers within the industry as well as Amanda Ralph. As a Medical Aesthetic nurse, Erin utilizes her specialized training and her experience as a registered nurse to provide comprehensive cosmetic care with compassion, conscience, and dignity. Erin emphasizes patient education and believes it creates the best patient outcomes. Erin specializes in cosmetic procedures such as Neuromodulators (Botox, Xeomin, etc.), Dermal Filler injections, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, and PDO threads. In her spare time, you will find Erin supporting her 5 children and husband at a baseball field with her two Golden Doodles in tow.

Alexis Casillas

Nurse Injector

She has been trained by some of the top injectors and plastic surgeons in Las Vegas, including Amanda Ralph. She’s been in the aesthetics field for over 10 years and specializes in injectable treatments such as Botox, Dysport, Lip fillers, and PRP injections. She personally fell in love with medical aesthetics because it combines the art of science and beauty. She prioritizes patient safety and continued education because she believes well-informed patients get the best results. When she’s not working, she loves watching anime with her husband and their 3 cats Nube, Mitzu, and Tsuki.

Jordyn Gutierrez

Lead Aesthetician

Jordyn graduated in 2014 from The Aveda Institute of New Mexico. After receiving her license, She then moved to beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada, and initiated exploring medical aesthetics over the past 7 years and attained her Advanced Aesthetician license. She specializes in performing medical-grade skincare treatments such as Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Laser Rejuvenation, and more. Jordyn is highly passionate about what she does and aims to make healthy skin an accessible goal for everyone. When explaining skincare to clients, she aims to educate clients in a fun and easily understandable way. In her free time, Jordyn loves to do yoga, dance, or relax with a good book. In addition, she’s a big coffee fanatic.

Meimei Valenzuela

Marketing Manager

Shevaun “Meimei” Valenzuela has been with White Coat Aesthetics since opening back in 2019. She graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and her expertise spans a wide range of marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. When not working, she loves spending time hiking outdoors with her husband and two dogs, Cerby and Tophee.

Lauren Banks

Front Desk Manager

Lauren has been with the team since 2021. She has a passion for being involved with the community and providing outstanding customer care. Lauren has a keen eye for detail when it comes to scheduling, and record-keeping and consistently warrants positive feedback from both colleagues and clients. In her free time, she loves traveling with her friends and attending music festivals.

Fritzie Fernandez

Front Desk Coordinator

Fritzie is the newest member of our White Coat Team, bringing in over 6+ years of outstanding customer service experience. She is a quick learner who thrives in our fast-paced medspa, and goes above and beyond to ensure that every one of our clients has a positive experience. Outside of the office, she loves to spend time with her dog Vivi.

Camry Hafen

Front Desk Manager

Camry graduated from the Skin Science Institute in Orem, Utah in 2018, marking the beginning of her journey in Medical Aesthetics. With five years of dedicated experience in the field, Camry has cultivated a passion for performing various medical aesthetic treatments including Microneedling, lasers, Chemical peels, and more. Devoted to the principles of skincare, Camry recognizes the significance of clients maintaining a medical-grade skincare routine at home. Her professional ethos centers around assisting individuals in attaining their aesthetic goals and fostering self-confidence in their own skin. Beyond her professional pursuits Camry’s favorite things are Diet Coke, anything chocolate, working out, and going to the beach! Camry hopes to one day be able to travel to all 8 Polynesian islands.
