Amanda Ralph is the founder, medical director, and lead nurse practitioner of White Coat Aesthetics in Las Vegas, NV. With over seven years of hands-on injecting experience and a loyal clientele of 2,700+ patients, Amanda has built her practice on the foundation of natural-looking results, medical integrity, and personalized care.

In addition to managing one of the most trusted medical spas in Las Vegas, Amanda is proud to serve as a National Trainer and Speaker for Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) , educating fellow injectors across the country on safe and effective techniques with Botox® and the Juvederm® collection of fillers. She is also a lead instructor at the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA), where she helps shape the next generation of injectors with her approachable teaching style and commitment to excellence.

Erin has been in the nursing field for 15+ years with a history in Adult Rehabilitation, Newborn Nursery, Neonatal ICU, and School Nursing experience. Erin has been trained and mentored by world-renowned Advanced Medical Aesthetic providers within the industry as well as Amanda Ralph. As a medical aesthetic nurse, Erin utilizes her specialized training and her experience as a registered nurse to provide comprehensive cosmetic care with compassion, conscience, and dignity. Erin emphasizes patient education and believes it creates the best patient outcomes. Erin specializes in cosmetic procedures including Botox and Dysport injections, Dermal Filler injections, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, Sculptra, and PDO threads. In her spare time, you will find Erin supporting her 5 children and husband at a baseball field with her two Golden Doodles in tow.

Shevaun “Meimei” Valenzuela has been with White Coat Aesthetics since opening back in 2019. She graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and her expertise spans a wide range of marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. When not working, she loves spending time hiking outdoors with her husband and two dogs, Cerby and Tophee.

Lauren has been with the team since 2021. She has a passion for being involved with the community and providing outstanding customer care. Lauren has a keen eye for detail when it comes to scheduling, and record-keeping and consistently warrants positive feedback from both colleagues and clients. In her free time, she loves traveling with her friends and attending music festivals.

Fritzie Fernandez

Front Desk Coordinator

Fritzie brings over 7 years of exceptional customer service experience to our White Coat Team. She is a quick learner who excels in our dynamic Medspa environment, consistently going above and beyond to ensure each of our clients enjoys a positive experience. Currently, Fritzie is working towards earning her business degree, further enhancing her skills and knowledge. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family and dog, Vivi.

Camry Hafen

Medical Aesthetician

Camry graduated from the Skin Science Institute in Orem, Utah in 2018, marking the beginning of her journey in Medical Aesthetics. With five years of dedicated experience in the field, Camry has cultivated a passion for performing various medical aesthetic treatments including Microneedling, lasers, Chemical peels, and more. Devoted to the principles of skincare, Camry recognizes the significance of clients maintaining a medical-grade skincare routine at home. Her professional ethos centers around assisting individuals in attaining their aesthetic goals and fostering self-confidence in their own skin. Beyond her professional pursuits Camry’s favorite things are Diet Coke, anything chocolate, working out, and going to the beach! Camry hopes to one day be able to travel to all 8 Polynesian islands.

Morgan Melvin, NP

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner | White Coat Aesthetics

Morgan Melvin is a Nevada Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine at White Coat Aesthetics. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Nursing from Wright State University and Mount Carmel College of Nursing, respectively.

Before transitioning into aesthetics, Morgan spent five years as an ER/Trauma nurse in both Ohio and Nevada, where she developed a sharp clinical acumen and a calm, confident approach under pressure. Today, she blends that medical expertise with an eye for detail and a passion for enhancing natural beauty. Morgan is known for her gentle technique, evidence-based treatments, and commitment to helping clients feel empowered and confident in their skin.

Morgan finds great value in developing long-term relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals. Whether it’s injectables, skin rejuvenation, or personalized treatment plans, Morgan delivers safe, artful results that reflect both skill and heart.

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys exploring nearby parks, working out, and spending time with friends and family. She and her boyfriend have two cats, Remmy and Sophie.

Sophia Judd

Sophia is a Las Vegas native who is a proud graduate of the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA). She is a skilled and licensed advanced aesthetician, specializing in corrective skincare treatments. She has developed a deep understanding of both the science and art of aesthetics and is dedicated to providing personalized and effective solutions for all skin types. Known for her compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail, Sophia is committed to enhancing each client’s natural beauty and boosting their confidence! She is also a certified Face Reality Acne Specialist!

When Sophia is not fulfilling her passion and career in aesthetics, she enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and husband, reading, planning her next vacation (usually to the beach), and hanging out with friends.

Ronnie is an advanced aesthetician and a Las Vegas native, bringing her expertise and passion to every treatment. A graduate of the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics, she specializes in laser treatments and acne clearing, using the renowned Face Reality skincare line for transformative results.
